Classification and composition of warehousing system

Tray type shelf: the height can reach more than 40 meters and the load can reach 1500kg. It is mainly applicable to the goods with pallet as the cargo unit, and can cooperate with the pallet stacker to form an efficient automatic warehouse system.
Box shelf: load up to 350kg. This is a solution for the storage of small pallets, bins and cartons and other whole boxes of goods. The location design is reasonable and compact. It can also cooperate with the material box stacker to realize fast access to freight lines and noise-free operation.
Multi-layer shuttle shelf: This is a specially designed storage shelf. The storage position can be a single extension position or a double extension position. The storage position is equipped with protective devices, so the goods in the storage position will not accidentally fall into the shuttle lane or other storage positions. The shelf supports the support of the shuttle car, and the maintenance channel is also located in the pos machine in the roadway, which can easily enter each layer of the shelf and reinforce the shelf itself.
Traditional storage shelves: These forms of shelves can be designed quickly and simply according to the actual needs of the warehouse. The pallet racking system is diverse, mainly to maximize the storage space of the warehouse, while improving the flexibility and efficiency of the manual operation warehouse. No matter what form of shelves, how to safely store high-value goods is always the most critical, not only can make the warehouse tidy, but also can make these goods orderly placed, with the next link of the operation.
